Wellness coaching focuses on helping you set and achieve personal goals for your mind, body, and spirit. It’s action-oriented and holistic, whereas therapy often dives deeper into diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching supports your healing journey without clinical diagnosis.
Do I need prior experience with meditation or energy healing to begin?
Not at all! Our services are designed for everyone—whether you’re completely new or have some experience. Sadia gently guides you through each step to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
How do I know which service is right for me?
In your first session, we’ll explore your current challenges, intentions, and goals. Based on that, a personalized plan will be created to match your needs—whether that’s coaching, healing sessions, or mindfulness practices.
Are sessions available online or only in person?
We offer both! You can book in-person sessions (if local) or connect from anywhere through secure video calls—allowing flexibility and ease no matter where you are.
